紅櫻花首創大甲奶油小酥餅，改良過往傳統的奶油酥餅份量太大不易食用的問題，使用紐西蘭進口奶油與上選麥芽糖，耗工費時、精心熬煮而成麥芽糖內餡，搭配手工細細桿製出層層酥鬆的餅皮， 透心甜軟的內餡，甜而不膩，馥郁香醇。
