台中縣大甲鎮的奶油酥餅聞名遐邇，外酥內軟的獨特風味，是歷久不變的美味，缺點是份量偏多，享用較不便，加上現代人趨於吃巧，因此紅櫻花首創奶油小酥餅， 採用紐西蘭進口高級奶油精心調製，搭配細心桿製酥鬆且多層次的餅皮，在融入細火慢熬六小時到香甜質軟不黏牙的麥芽糖內餡，豐富的口感，口口酥軟香甜。
