紅櫻花首創大甲奶油小酥餅，改良過往傳統的奶油酥餅份量太大不易食用的問題。
使用紐西蘭進口奶油與上選麥芽糖，麥芽糖內餡耗工費時、精心熬煮而成，搭配手工細細桿製出層層酥鬆的餅皮， 透心甜軟的內餡，甜而不膩，含在嘴裡還有牛奶糖的香味。
